Bullish Square Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JDev IT Services ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Bullish Square iOS app and its related services (together, "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. What the App does

Bullish Square lets you follow stocks and cryptocurrencies in watchlists, view prices, charts, market news and analyst estimates, try a simulated portfolio, and read AI-generated summaries of the news ("Why markets moved" and Ask AI). We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Not financial advice

The App provides information only. Nothing in it — prices, charts, news, analyst targets, simulated results or AI-generated text — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and using the App creates no adviser or fiduciary relationship. Investing involves risk, including loss of the money you invest. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions; consider speaking with a licensed adviser before making them. 3. Market data, news and AI content

Market data comes from third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and is not suitable for decisions that depend on real-time prices.
News comes from third-party publishers. We don't write, verify or endorse it. Opening an article takes you to the publisher's site, which has its own terms.
Analyst targets are third-party estimates, not our recommendations.
AI summaries and answers are generated by an AI model from recent headlines. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and they explain the news rather than predict prices. Don't include personal or sensitive information in your questions.
The simulated portfolio is hypothetical and uses past prices. Past performance does not predict future results.

4. Your account

You can use the App without an account. If you create one, you agree to give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and if you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which deletes your account, profile and watchlists as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fair use and limits

Some features have usage limits — for example, a daily number of Ask AI questions. We may change these limits. You agree not to:

use the App for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or mislead others;
try to get around usage limits, security features or App Check, or access our servers other than through the App;
scrape, copy or resell the App's data, or use automated means to access the App or our servers;
reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law allows it;
try to make the AI features produce harmful content or ignore their instructions;
interfere with or overload the App or the services it relies on.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or put the App or other users at risk.

6. Our rights

The App, its design, code, name and logo belong to JDev IT Services or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. Market data, news and other third-party content belong to their owners.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the App or these Terms. If a change to these Terms is significant, we'll tell you in the App or by updating the effective date above; continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new Terms. We don't promise the App or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may stop offering it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA, NEWS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, JDEV IT SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT IN IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover JDev IT Services against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and JDev IT Services, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual-property claims. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or listed as a prohibited party. You must also comply with third-party terms that apply when using the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. General

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
